By placing an order with us, you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to De Enchanté Terms and Conditions.

General:-

1.    We will only shipping your items after your full payment has been made. We will not be liable for any further responsibility after the items have been shipped out from our place.

2.    All information that you provided will be deemed personal and kept confidential.

Pricing:-

1.    All De Enchanté products offered for sale are priced in Ringgit Malaysia (RM).

Donations:-

1.    10% of our total monthly net profit will be donated to respective beneficiaries. All donations are paid on a monthly basis after sales analysis has been conducted.

Limitation of Liability:-

1.    De Enchanté do not accept liability for any errors and omissions and reserve the right to change information, prices, specifications and descriptions of listed goods, products and services.

Return Policy:-

1.    Returned items should not have been worn or damaged and should be returned unused and in good condition.

2.    With the returned goods, you will have to notify us the reason for the return so that the goods can be identified and checked. This enables us to credit you for the values of the goods returned.

3.    Please obtain our return approval before returning items by email us at de.enchante@gmail.com

4.    Please notify us with written notice within 7 days of the date of sales receipt.

5.    Please note that you are responsible for the shipping costs on all returns of goods unless there is a defect in the goods.
